Bunkhouse

The Bunkhouse is the Vail Valley’s first boutique hostel. Beth worked closely with her client to create this cozy and chic hostel in the heart of Minturn. The unique lodging experience offers two types of room options: a bunk room and private rooms. Beth designed the bunk room with privacy and comfort in mind. Locally sourced wood and soundproof materials were used to construct the 30 custom bunk beds. Each bunk has its own privacy curtain, bag storage, lamp, electrical outlets, and USB ports. The two private rooms are similar to traditional hotel rooms and offer sleeping arrangements for smaller group sizes. The lounge was designed with community in mind. The large open floor plan consists of a full service kitchen, a beer and wine bar, communal dining tables, and a large comfortable couch space. Beth and her team completed the boutique feel by adding bright colors, mountain inspired art, fun pendant lamps, and modern furniture.
