The Golden Eagle Inn brings European influence with a local flair to the base of Beaver Creek. Beth and her team turned this old-style Austrian cafe into a fresh and modern restaurant. The full remodel consisted of completely reworking the dining room and bar areas. Floor-to-ceiling glass folding doors were added to the façade which allows the restaurant to completely open up to the outside. The expansive glass doors also give passersby an inviting view into the restaurant. Large screens with falling aspen leaves were incorporated into the space. These beautiful partitions separate the bar and the dining areas in a unique way inspired by the local environment. The remodel was completed by adding details of warm and earthy colors with splashes of modern art.
