During her time with Pierce, Segerberg and Associates Architects, Beth was the project architect for the Golden Peak Ski Base facility. She oversaw everything from the conceptual design through the construction process. The Golden Peak Ski Base facility is a large commercial building located at the base of Vail’s Riva Bahn ski lift. Beth and her team developed a multi use commercial space with six private penthouses. The Great Room with a large stone fireplace is located at the entrance of the commercial space. The lower level also consists of a restaurant, a grill, a ski shop, and public restrooms. The six luxury penthouses are true ski-in ski-out properties with breathtaking views of the Gore Range. Beth’s attention to detail and ability to work with many contractors and the Town of Vail lead to the success of the Golden Peak Ski Base project.
