Beth worked closely with her clients and a large team of contractors and designers to turn this dark and dated 90s style Vail cabin into a luxurious penthouse style home. The Timber Creek Residence remodel kept the original log cabin’s 1,200 sq ft footprint. Instead of adding on to the size of the home Beth’s team focused on revamping the interior architecture and design.
The complete remodel included removing some walls, adding and enlarging windows, and bringing the staircase up to code. The layout was transformed into an open arrangement where the living area, kitchen, and master bedroom all flowed together. The kitchen was completely gutted and transformed into an elite space with quartzite countertops with high end stainless steel appliances. The cold and dark home was successfully transformed into a light, easy mix of color and textures. The minimalist staircase, bright art, and clean white walls tie everything together making this cabin in the wood a truly luxurious mountain oasis.
